Koraci

korak 1
Komorač narežite na tanke ploške te ga prelijte sokom limete i posolite.
Korak 2
Avokade narežite na ploške, a ljutiku na polumjesece.
Korak 3
Na veliki okrugli pladanj krenite slagati sastojke.
Korak 4
Na nekoliko mjesta stavite malo rikole, dodajte u krug avokado, zatim losos, burattu, klice, komorač te krekere.
Korak 5
Prelijte maslinovim uljem, posolite, popaprite i poslužite.
Step 6
Place the roaster into the oven. Braise for 30 – 40 minutes at 175°C. Stir repeatedly, adding more liquid if needed. The sauerkraut is ready when it has a nice brown color.
