Koraci

Korak 1
Najprije pripremite curd od naranči i klementina. To možete napraviti i dan prije.
Korak 10
Pleh prekrijte papirom za pečenje na način da u kutove pleha stavite malo tučenih bjelanjaka kako bi vam se papir zalijepio za pleh.
Korak 11
Istresite bjelanjke i napravite oblik torte.
Korak 12
Stavite peći u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu s uključenom ventilacijom na 130 stupnjeva 60 minuta.

Izvadite van i pustite da se ohladi.

14. Slatko vrhnje uz dodatak sjemenki vanilije istucite u kremasti šlag.

Na pavlovu stavite slatko vrhnje, dodajte curd i oguljene klementine.

Sok, šecer i maslac stavite u lonac na srednju vatru.

Pustite da se šećer i maslac otope.
Korak 4
U manjoj zdjeli izmutite jaja.
Korak 5
Kad sok prokuha dodajte jaja i uz stalno miješanje kuhajte dok ne prokuha.
Korak 7
Bjelanjke s dodatkom soli istucite u čvrsti snijeg.
Korak 8
Malo po malo dodajte šećer i miksajte dok među prstima više nećete osjetiti kristal.
Korak 9
Dodajte ocat te gustin i sve zajedno lagano promiješajte.
Korak 6
Procijedite kroz sito i prebacite u staklenke i ostavite da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi, a zatim prebacite u hladnjak.
