Koraci

Korak 1
Krumpire dobro operite, narežite na deblje ploške i stavite kuhati 10ak minuta.
Korak 2
Pomiješajte ulje, otopljeni maslac, chilli i med.
Korak 3
Luk narežite na četvrtine.
Korak 4
Krumpire ocijedite i zajedno s lukom stavite u pleh prelijte maslacem, uljem i medom.
Korak 5
Stavite peći na 30ak minuta na 200 stupnjeva.
Korak 7
Grašak kratko blanširajte.
Korak 8
Krumpir prebacite na pladanj za posluživanje, dodajte grašak, pancetu, peršin i poslužite uz dressing.
Korak 6
Pancetu narežite na komadiće i prepržite.
