Korak 1
Luk narezati sitno te prepržiti na maslinovom ulju.
Korak 10
Kad se ohladi, prebaciti u hladnjak ili na tamno mjesto.

Dodati rajčicu narezanu na komade, celer,peršin i sol, dobro prmiješati i pustiti da zakuha.

Nakon sat vremena dodati kinčić i cimet te pepperoncini.
Korak 4
Smanjiti vatru i pustiti da lagano prokuha otprilike još 30 minuta.

Sve usitniti štapnim mikserom te procijediti kroz gusto cjedilo.

Potrebno je dobiti gustu teksturu.

Na kraju dodati sol i papar.

Preliti u staklene boce i dobro zatvoriti.

Vratiti ocijeđeni kečap na vatru, dodati šećer i ocat i pustiti da kuha na laganoj vatri još 60 minuta uz povremeno mješanje.
