pineapple juice
3rings
aro pineapple
aro salt and pepper to taste

Koraci

Korak 1
Gljive oprati, staviti u lonac i preliti vodom i 50 ml bijelog octa.
Korak 2
Pustiti da prokuha.
Korak 3
Za to vrijeme u drugi lonac staviti 500 ml vode, 200 ml octa, šećer, sol, limun i ružmarin te prokuhati.
Korak 4
Gljive ocijediti.
Korak 5
Sterilizirane staklene teglice napuniti gljivama ( 2/3 teglice) dodati limun, ružmarin i papar u zrnu te preliti prokuhanim octom i vodom.
Korak 7
Ukiseljene gljive možete čuvati mjesecima.
Korak 6
Ostaviti da se ohladi, a nakon toga zatvorite teglice poklopcima i celofanom.
