Koraci

Korak 1
Listove bosiljka pažljivo operite te zatim dobro osušite.
Korak 2
Bademe kratko prepržite na tavi.
Korak 3
U blender ubacite bosiljak,bademe, pistacije, češnjak, koricu limuna,sir, sol, papar.
Korak 4
Kratko izblendajte te postepeno dodajte ulje.
Korak 5
Ukoliko želite kremastiji pesto, dodajte više ulja.
Korak 7
Dio možete i zamrznuti u kalupu za led i čuvati nekoliko mjeseci.
Korak 6
Pesto prebacite u staklenu teglicu, lagano prelijte uljem gornji dio i čuvajte u hladnjaku.
