Koraci

Korak 1
Tikvice oprati i narezati na tanke šnite. Možete koristiti i mandolinu.

Posolite ih i ostavite pola sata da odstoje.

Za to vrijeme napravite marinadu.
Korak 4
Pomiješajte maslinovo ulje, ocat, med, sitno sjeckani češnjak, čili, sol, papar i svježi peršin.
Korak 5
Tikvice iscijedite te ih pomiješajte s marinadom.
Korak 7
Poklopite i ostavite u hladnjaku.
Korak 6
Jednu po jednu slažite u staklenu teglicu.
