Korak 1
Kupus narežite na trakice.
Korak 10
Nakon toga, kimchi čuvajte u hladnjaku u zatvorenoj staklenci.
Korak 2
Mrkvu i daikon krupno naribajte ili narežite na trakice.
Korak 3
Sve promiješajte u većoj zdjeli i prelijte vodom u koju ste prethodno dodali sol.
Step 4
Sve dobro pritisnite nekim težim predmetom i ostavite preko noći na sobnoj temperaturi.
Korak 5
Idući dan sve dobro ocijedite.
Korak 7
Dodajte sitno sjeckani češnjak, srirachu te začin.
Korak 8
Sve dobro promiješajte te ponovno dobro stisnite.
Korak 9
Prebacite u staklenke, napunivši ih do 2/3, poklopite, ali ne do kraja i ostavite minimalno narednih 7 dana na sobnoj temperaturi.
Ako volite jači okus, možete ostaviti i duže.
Korak 6
Dodajte priluk narezan na srednje tanke kolutovo te krupno sjeckani peršin.
